We’ve updated our return policy to ensure every customer receives a brand new, unused bed, while still making sure you feel confident in your purchase.

Returns (30 Days)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

All Dog Beds & Rim Covers must be:

• Unopened
• In original vacuum-sealed packaging

Covers, Accessories & Other Products must be:

• In Brand new condition
• Unused and not exposed to pets

Important: Opened Beds

Once a bed has been opened and expanded, it can no longer be returned or exchanged.

This is because we’re unable to repackage the product to a brand new standard for another customer.
