Order between Friday 18 September and Sunday, 27 September, and you're eligible for a Free Return or Exchange if you change your mind.

• 30-Days to initiate a return
• We'll cover the cost of sending it back (or provide an alternate resolution instead of returning).
  

To maintain the highest hygiene standards for all customers, returned beds must remain unused and free from pet contact.

We recommend placing a blanket over the bed if testing for size.

Excludes opened Nest beds/personalised items like Pet Portraits.

We’ve updated our return policy to ensure every customer receives a brand new, unused bed, while still making sure you feel confident in your purchase.

Returns (30 Days)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

All Dog Beds & Rim Covers must be:

• Unopened
• In original vacuum-sealed packaging

Covers, Accessories & Other Products must be:

• In Brand new condition
• Unused and not exposed to pets

Important: Opened Beds

Once a bed has been opened and expanded, it can no longer be returned or exchanged.

This is because we’re unable to repackage the product to a brand new standard for another customer.
